About the role

As a HR Executive , you will play a key role in supporting the administration and execution of compensation and benefits programs across the organization. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about HR, highly detail-oriented, and eager to learn the intricacies of C&B functions.

What you will be doing :

  • Supporting the administration of employee compensation packages, including salaries, and benefits.
  • Processing benefits claims, and updating HR systems to reflect accurate employee compensation data.
  • Responding to employee inquiries regarding pay, benefits, and other compensation matters.
  • Assisting in the annual salary review and performance bonus processes.
  • Update employee movements in the system and follow up with corresponding letters.
  • Keeping up-to-date with labor laws and market trends to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Managing work pass renewal and cancellation process

We’re looking for someone who’s :

  • A diploma holder in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Possessing 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in compensation & benefits.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eager to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
