Roles & Responsibilities
1. Manage appeals on claims applications and disbursements including eligibility checks and document verification
2. Coordinate with claimants, training providers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and complete submission of required document
3. Track appeal processing status and update internal systems and database accurately
4. Participate in continuous improvements to enhance operational efficiency and transparency
5. Provide support for ad-hoc projects
1. At least Diploma holder
2. 1 to 2 years of working experiences (preferably) in processing claims, disbursement, and refund
3. Good interpersonal and communicate skills (oral and written)
4. Must uphold strong code of work ethnics and confidentiality of information
5. Detailed and meticulous
6. Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
7. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially in using MS Excel
