Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
- Lead a team to manage the daily operation of the centre according to the school's policies and quality standards;
- Manage teaching staff to develop and deliver the school's holistic and age appropriate bilingual pre-school curriculum;
- Communicate with parents effectively, and build rapport and trusted relationships with parents
Job Requirements : - Singaporean
- Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education-Leadership or its equivalent
- Must have at least 5 years of relevant work experience as Centre principal in a pre-school / childcare setting
- Strong leadership skills, able to lead a team and manage people
- High sense of responsibility, positive and a can-do work attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
