Position Overview :

The Principal of House on the Hill Montessori Pre-School is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, educational programs, and overall management of the school. The Principal ensures the school follows Montessori principles, providing a nurturing and holistic educational environment for young children. This position requires a dynamic leader who will inspire a team of educators, engage with parents, and ensures that the school delivers a premium offering in accordance with the House on the Hill brand.

Job Description

• Leading and managing the daily operations of the centre ensuring compliance with ECDA and all other relevant government guidelines.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff, ensuring adherence to ECDA & the school’s policies and curriculum.
• Manage the administration and support staff employed at the centre.
• Drive forward enrolment and support marketing initiatives undertaken by the school which may include facilitating open house days and other marketing activities.
• Coordinate employee and school events including conducting staff training programmes.
• Communicate and build strong relationships with parents and other key stakeholders.

We have four campuses across Singapore - Mount Sophia, Balmoral, Hollandse Club and Pasir Panjang – all of which are licensed under the Early Childhood Development Agency.
