Job descriptionParticipate in due diligence processes, coordinating with advisors and internal teams Assist in maintaining and developing a pipeline of opportunities through industry research, market mapping, and relationship-building with regional stakeholders Apply cultural, linguistic, and market knowledge of Eastern Europe to strengthen deal sourcing, relationship management, and cross-border communications Act as a resource to the broader team in understanding local nuances and building networks across the region Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in private equity, investment banking, or related financial services Excellent communication and presentation abilities Proficiency in English, with working knowledge of Eastern European languages highly desirable Collaborative team player with ability to work across borders and time zones

Key Responsibilities
Research & Portfolio Management
- Conduct in-depth research and financial analysis on potential investment opportunities in Eastern Europe, including sector trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics
- Review financial models, valuation analyses, and prepare investment memoranda for internal discussion and investment committee approval
- Support monitoring and performance tracking of existing portfolio companies, including financial reporting, operational metrics, and value creation initiatives
