vi. Complete case recordings and
update client information and documentation in the case management
system.
vii. Provide supervision, guidance and
advice to support staff, volunteers and student

a. Programme Planning &
Implementation
i. Plan, develop and implement
relevant programmes to respond to the needs of
clients.
ii. Advocate for appropriate resource
allocation in the community.
iii. Network and
collaborate with other community
stakeholders.
b. Programme
Evaluation
i. Evaluate and document programme
outcomes.
ii. Identify trends, gaps or changes
needed in provision of Centre's services in the
community.
D. Undertake any other
responsibilities and duties assigned.
