As a core member of our Portfolio

DataOps team, you will be working with some of the industry's most

accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for

complex fund structures that our clients

can

depend

upon.

Department

overview :

The Portfolio DataOps

department manages all aspects of portfolio and market data

exchange, operating with dual operational and strategic mandates.

We ensure the integrity and completeness of client portfolios,

overseeing trade processing, electronic data exchange interfaces,

client portfolio reconciliation, and outbound portfolio extract

reporting.

The Interface Solutions group is

responsible for the majority of data flows, inbound and outbound,

for various Citco applications including Æxeo and Ephesus. As a

global group with representation in Asia Pacific, Europe and North

America, Interface Solutions provides business support for all CFS

offices on a global basis. This support must be provided seamlessly

and the various regions work together

cooperatively.

This role will be played within

the Market Data team as part of the broader Interface Solutions

department within Portfolio DataOps. The global Market Data

Business Group (MDBG) works with all internal teams to ensure the

proper establishment of client OTC Securities and the accuracy of

listed security reference and pricing data. The MDBG Team uses its

in‐depth knowledge of financial instruments and our Company's

proprietary accounting system to investigate all issues relating to

system functionality and instrument reference and pricing

data.

Your

Role : Negotiate

contracts and manage vendor relationships, including onboarding new

clients and reviewing vendor offerings.

Manage

high-tier client relationships and tasks related to market data,

such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE, and Markit EDM.

Work collaboratively with development teams to migrate

services to cloud platforms and forecast resources for continuous

improvements.

Analyze and prioritize client

development requests and participate in fiscal year-end

audits.

Review and recommend procedural

improvements to enhance

efficiency.

Key skills

& responsibilities : Leadership and Team

Management : Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional

teams, aligning them with company goals while prioritizing

activities based on impact to client experience and adhering to

SLAs and deliverables.

Project

& Processing Oversight : Oversee large-scale

projects, ensuring timely, within scope, and budget-compliant

• delivery; surface data feed completeness and processing status;

identify and address operational challenges with innovative

solutions.

Process Improvement

& Standardization : Expertise in process

optimization, continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma), and

efficiency enhancements, with a focus on diverse client

relationships, integration methods, complex instruments, and data

workflow presentation across systems.

People Management : Foster a

culture of continuous learning and growth through coaching,

mentoring, talent nurturing, and creating clear career paths, while

demonstrating strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and

effective communication.

Operational Strategy and

Execution : Develop and implement operational

strategies to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer

satisfaction, while supporting global initiatives and aligning

long-term operational strategies with business

objectives.

Data - Driven

Decision Making : Embrace a data-first approach,

proficiently analyzing datasets and implementing automation to

extract insights and drive informed business decisions.

Collaboration : Work closely

with executives and departments to align operational goals with

business strategy, gather client-specific knowledge, manage

stakeholders, and support communication in the NAV

process.

Risk

Management : Identify and address operational risks,

ensure processes align with risk tolerance, and foster a culture

where issues are viewed as learning opportunities without fear of

reporting.

About

You : You have a degree

qualified in an IT / Business related discipline - Bachelor's Degree

in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Science or relevant

field.

8+ years in Financial Services with an

exposure to Data Procurement / Management

Strong understanding of financial products and strategies

that a hedge fund might use; financial product knowledge includes

Domestic, Global and OTC security markets, Fixed Income and

derivative product knowledge.

General

knowledge of databases or experience using SQL Server (T-SQL)

and / or Oracle is required

Hedge fund

administration / operations experience

Strong

written and verbal communication skills, including confidence in

managing upward / downward communication channels

Experience managing and motivating a team, preferably in

a virtual team setting

Experience taking

ownership of visible client issues and the ability to manage

sensitive client escalations effectively

Recognize when to escalate issues and keep senior

management and other stakeholders

informed
