Job descriptionCidesco, ITE, CIBTAC and other beauty related qualifications. Basic knowledge of skin concept and hands-on facial massage techniques. Positive and willing to learn attitude. Good communication and Interpersonal skills. Service Oriented and customer focused. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Personal Care / Beauty / Fitness Service or equivalent. Positive attitude and good team player.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Be an ambassador of mtm labo.
- Access clients' needs and provide professional advice.
- Perform treatment services according to standards set by the company.
- Recommend, educate and promote suitable treatments and products to clients.
- Ensure client's satisfaction and comfort after each treatment therapy.
- Build and establish good rapport with customers.
- Assist in retail operations. eg. stock take.
- Maintain general housekeeping duties and maintenance of the cleanliness of the work stations.
