Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

• Inspect, diagnose and identify faults to repairing of Analogue, Quartz, and Digital Smart watches.
• Replace worn out / faulty components of watches movement from dis-assembly to final assembly.
• Perform watches testing using precision measuring equipment.
• Perform product analysis on malfunctioning watches and report root cause of defect.
• Perform repair work according to the nature of defect and restore faulty watches to working condition.
• Perform repair costs estimation and correspond with customers according to their needs.
• Handle customer inquiries from service receptions, emails to telephone calls from time to time.
• Repair all other Casio consumer products. (Training provided)
