Our client is diversified property developer with extensive experience and track record across the residential, mixed-use as well as industrial and commercial sectors, and property development projects ranging from small to large scale.

Our client is seeking a hands-on and results-driven Sales & Marketing Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to manage the marketing, sales, and leasing activities for their property development projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in the property development or real estate industry, with the ability to drive sales performance, execute marketing campaigns, and maintain excellent relationships with purchasers, agents, and business partners.

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

Sales & Leasing

• Plan, implement and monitor sales and leasing strategies for industrial projects
• Manage sales galleries, show units, and coordinate site visits for potential buyers and tenants.
• Handle purchaser engagement, documentation, and after-sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with property agents, marketing partners, and solicitors to support sales targets and legal documentation.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
