Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain key account relationships : Build in-depth partnerships with key clients, understand their business needs and objectives, and provide customized solutions to meet their fresh food ingredient delivery requirements.
• Sales strategy formulation : Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and plans, ensuring sales targets are met and market share is increased. Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to formulate responsive measures.
• Sales promotion and market expansion : Actively identify and develop new potential clients through market research and marketing initiatives, while expanding the business scale of existing key accounts. Enhance brand awareness and reputation to create more sales opportunities.
• Customer needs analysis and solution provision : Listen to and understand the needs of key clients, analyze their business models and challenges, and provide practical solutions to meet their fresh food ingredient delivery demands.
• Order management and coordination : Work with the internal supply chain team to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery. Facilitate communication and collaboration across internal departments to guarantee customer satisfaction and loyalty.
