Roles & Responsibilities

💡 What You’ll Be Doing :

Source, screen, and assess potential candidates for healthcare & life sciences roles
Coordinate and conduct interviews , assisting with hiring decisions
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships for future placements
Support HR-related processes such as offer management, onboarding , and talent tracking
Act as a trusted partner to clients, understanding their hiring needs and culture

🎯 What We’re Looking For :

Diploma / degree in any field

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Willingness to learn, be coached, and grow

No experience required – one to one mentorship & hands-on training will be provided

Passion for working with people and making a difference in their careers
