3-Shift Rotation | 5-Day Work Week

$2,700 - $6,000 + AWS + 2-3 Months Performance Bonus

Responsibilities :

Deliver safe, competent, and patient-centered nursing

care

Administer medication, wound care, and

monitor patients' conditions

Coordinate with

physicians and provide direct patient care

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and

caregivers

Maintain accurate documentation and

uphold infection control standards

Participate

in Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) meetings for holistic care

planning

Supervise junior staff and ensure

compliance with SNB standards

Maintain a

clean, safe, and confidential patient care environment

Support families through patients' end-of-life

journey

Drive continuous improvement

initiatives within the

ward

Requirements :

Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing

Board (SNB)

At least a

Diploma in Nursing from a recognized

institution

Experience in a

hospital setting preferred

Compassionate, team-oriented, and able to work under

pressure

Ideal for nurses

passionate about palliative care and making a meaningful impact on

patients and their families.
