Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Systems Analyst professional to support and enhance our in-house ERP systems. In this role, you'll handle user support, lead system improvements, manage projects, and optimize business processes. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll maintain critical applications while ensuring smooth operations in our manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of IT support experience, strong Oracle database knowledge, and expertise in ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support for in-house applications, ensuring smooth functionality and addressing user concerns.
• Analyse business processes and requirements, offering recommendations for enhancements and optimizations.
• Develop and maintain relevant documentation, including user manuals, process flow diagrams, and system specifications.
• Independently conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and collaborate with users to validate system functionality.
• Proactively engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify needs, and propose effective solutions.
• Plan and schedule project milestones to ensure timely and efficient execution.
• Function as a project manager when required, coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
