Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and track sales performance to achieve business targets.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with customers, while managing appointment schedules .
• Control expenses and implement cost-effective strategies to optimize revenue generation.
• Lead and participate in promotions, marketing activities, and staff training to improve service standards.
• Manage the opening and closing of the store and ensure adherence to operational procedures.
• Oversee product ordering and inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate on marketing and advertising initiatives , both online and offline.
• Plan and execute campaigns to launch and promote new products effectively.
• Develop and expand marketing presence through digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a high standard of service quality and operational excellence.
