Roles & Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Commercial Strategy & Performance :
- Define the Regional commercial strategy and roadmap
- Support the development of our internal & external boutique network in the region by establishing clear development roadmaps in a context of boutique network expansion
- Define similar roadmaps to drive the performance of our Watch specialists multi-brand network performance and continue to strengthen partnership with our retailers
- Maximize our omnichannel performance, while managing and coaching our internal Ecom and CRC teams
- Develop strong relationships with our VICs in the region
- Provide insights from the market on competition and trends
- Actively contribute to build the long-term business plan as well as yearly strategic plan
- P&L ownership of the commercial department
- Maximize the performance of our collections including novelties & High End Watchmaking
- Collaborate closely with HQ on strategic initiatives that contribute to the brand equity development for the region and its markets
Retail Excellence :
Define key strategies for the Maison in retail and client-centric environmentElevate the retail operations by identifying business needs and implementing strategies to guarantee the highest standards of boutique operations and to enhance the Maison’s performanceDevelop measurable and impactful KPIs and define strategy and action plans to motivate and lead retail teams with clear directions based on the Maison’s goals and long-term visionsBenchmark and drive hospitality and client-centric initiatives to deliver memorable in-boutique experiences for sustainable growthTeam Management & Talent Development :
Inspire, coach and manage team members to create a passionate environmentDevelop hand-in-hand with HR on career path to grow our commercial & retail talentsNurture the retail culture and diffuse a strong Retail mindset in the regionFoster new ideas that bring added-value to the Maison by providing cohesive and entrepreneurial environmentABOUT YOU :
Strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skillsDeep understanding of retail performance and levers that drive business.Experience supporting growth through transparency, consistency, and disciplined execution. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and organize workload to meet organizational timelines in a fast paced, high-growth environmentDemonstrated ability to be operationally savvy in retail environment.
