Senior Hybrid Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hybrid Infrastructure Specialist to lead the design, integration, and optimization of our hybrid infrastructure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design implementation and optimization of on-premise and cloud network infrastructure, ensuring agility, scalability, and cost efficiency.

This role requires strong technical leadership skills, with the ability to develop and execute strategies to integrate cloud platforms with on-premise systems, drive hybrid cloud initiatives efficiently, and optimize cloud native networking services and application connectivity for performance and cost efficiency.

You will also be responsible for leading secure integration of APIs and software systems across distributed environments, implementing software-driven monitoring and automation dashboards to identify and resolve network performance issues in real-time, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to build software systems that integrate seamlessly with networking and cloud technologies.

A Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required, along with 7 years of combined software and networking experience, including at least 3 years in leadership roles. Proven expertise in networking protocols, cloud native services, and DevOps practices is essential, as well as recognized certifications and familiarity with ITIL or equivalent frameworks.
