Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations in our construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards. You will lead teams, coordinate resources, and work closely with management, subcontractors, and clients to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, manage, and supervise daily site operations and workforce allocation.

Oversee project schedules, budgets, and progress to ensure timely completion.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements (MOM, BCA, LTA, etc.).

Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve issues effectively.

Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency.

Monitor manpower productivity and ensure proper utilization of resources.

Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management.

Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.

Handle workforce management, including attendance, leave, and performance monitoring.

Lead, mentor, and motivate site teams to maintain a high standard of work.
