Are you
passionate about learning operations, systems, and data? We're
looking for someone who enjoys supporting staff development and
ensuring smooth learning journeys through Workday, LEARN, and
digital tools.
What
You'll Do
Design and manage self-sourced courses on Workday,
including FormSG setup and processing.
Act as
the main administrator for LEARN, resolving technical issues and
supporting staff access.
Oversee course
registrations in Workday (applications, withdrawals, replacements)
while ensuring accurate records.
Liaise with
vendors on course confirmations, cancellations, and
postponements.
Support procurement processes
and prepare training bond / Minimum Service Period
documents.
Maintain LEARN accounts and upload
content on the platform.
Extract and clean
data to support Tableau learning dashboards, generating reports and
insights (Python knowledge a plus).
Review
workflows and recommend RPA solutions to improve
efficiency.
Manage exit clearance checks for
staff with outstanding learning obligations, providing advice in
line with policy.
Support logistics for
workshops and maintain documentation, FAQs, and system guides to
ensure
continuity.
What
We're Looking
For
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables,
VLOOKUP).
Familiarity with Tableau dashboards
and Workday will be advantageous.
Detail-oriented, resourceful, and a strong team
player.
