The Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering with a leading global technology company to hire a Regional Business Analyst (Korean-Speaking) on a 2-year contract (renewable).
- This role will support financial planning and reporting, working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights across the region.
- You will be part of the regional HQ team, playing a key role in executive-level reporting, profitability analysis, and business planning.
The Talent
Degree in Finance, Business Administration , or equivalentMinimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Financial AnalystStrong command of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)Experience in SAP , financial / budgeting models, and macros preferredExcellent analytical , communication , and interpersonal skillsAbility to present insights clearly to management and senior stakeholdersProficiency in both English and Korean (verbal and written) – this is highly preferred to communicate and work with native Korean stakeholdersJob Description
As a Regional Business Analyst, you will :
Analyze large datasets to generate sales, profit, and overhead reportsMonitor financial performance, conduct variance analysis , and identify cost driversPrepare monthly and quarterly presentations for C-level executives , translating insights from Korean to English and vice versaWork with product managers and cross-functional teams to investigate P&L discrepanciesSupport and improve financial planning processes and reporting frameworksDeliver timely and accurate financial data to support business decision-makingLead or support executive-level presentations and external meetingsEnsure compliance with internal policies and support risk mitigation in financial reportingNext Step
