Roles & Responsibilities

• As part of the regional HR team, collaborate with HR departments across 9 subsidiaries in Asia to oversee regional HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, personnel management, promotions, and performance evaluations.
• Facilitate communication between headquarters and regional offices on matters such as HR policy, system enhancements, and overall personnel management.
