Roles & Responsibilities

• As a member of the regional HR team, work with the HR teams of 9 Asian corporations and oversee the overall regional HR operations (recruitment, payroll, human resources management, promotion, evaluation, etc.)
• Communication between headquarters and Asia region regarding personnel management, HR system improvement, etc.
