Job Duties
Lead digital services in new business initiatives, incl.
writing proposals, creating estimates and presentations and
actively participate in RFPs and pitches as needed.
Provide Solution Consulting to Customers and give
intelligent response.
Responsible for the
satisfaction and growth of accounts, and able to identify
opportunities for growth and incremental opportunities with
client.
Manage client escalations and conflict
resolution.
Develop and sustain strong working
relationships with customers, management, development team, test,
IT peers and vendors
Proactively manage
changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise
contingency plans
Taking ownership of client
needs / requests and facilitates their completion.
Participation in key client meetings including status
update meetings and presentation of project deliverables
Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized
presentations
Maintaining profitability of
engagements in partnership with project
management
Qualifications
& Skills
Minimum
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or in digital
media , Communications or related degree
At
least 1 year of experience in handling managing digital accounts
and integrated digital projects.
Able to
handle multiple tasks / projects simultaneously
Customer-oriented person with excellent communication
skills, written and verbal
Excellent at
relationship building and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain poise, confidence and professional
disposition under high-pressure situations
Candidates with no experience are
