Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead market expansion and business development in Singapore and Southeast Asia .
This role is crucial in driving Arsia’s international growth, establishing key customer relationships, and building a professional distribution network for our industrial, marine, and offshore cables .
You will act as a bridge between the Singapore headquarters and our manufacturing base in China.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements
o At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in industrial, electrical, or building materials sectors.
o Proven success in market development, key account management, or distributor expansion.
o Prior exposure to shipyard, offshore, or energy infrastructure clients is a strong advantage.
o Experience working in international or cross-cultural environments preferred.
o Strong negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills.
o Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.
o Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure.
o Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin, Malay, or Bahasa Indonesia is an asset.
