Job Description

  • Industry / Organization Type : Engineering
  • Position Title : Admin Assistant
  • Working Location : Kallang
  • Working Hours : 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 6.00pm)
  • Salary Package : Basic salary up to $2,500 + Variable bonus
  • Duration : Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and send out invoices to clients with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure all invoices comply with company procedures and financial regulations.
  • Collect and process orders from customers who call in
  • Verify order information to ensure all specifications and requests are captured correctly.
  • Contact clients to request quotations
  • Issue purchase orders to suppliers or service providers
  • Generate work orders and delivery orders as required by business processes
  • Organize and arrange delivery schedules to ensure timely transportation of goods
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all billing transactions.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

  • Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in administrative role
  • Good communication skills and multitasking abilities
