Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

To perform administrative duties in a reputable local employment agency established more than 20 years.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Assist the directors in daily recruitment matters
  • Online work passes application, issuance, renewal, appeal
  • Advertise for job openings via different channels and perform preliminary screening
  • Attend customer enquiry via WhatsApp, WeChat, etc.
  • Invoicing & payment follow up
  • Quote, issue & renew clients’ insurance policies when required
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned by the management

Requirements

  • Must be MOM CEI attained
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in HR or EA matters, familiar with entire workflow of recruitment process
  • Nice attitude and good patience
  • Independent & Meticulous
  • Good command in MS Office
  • Be sales oriented and alert to new business opportunities
  • Benefits

  • 5 days work / week (44 hours per week, Mon to Fri : 9am-6.30pm)
  • Basic salary + incentive
