Description
- . Perform administrative duties
- . Manage incoming emails.
- . Preparing certificates and invoices for customers
- . Communicate proactively with customers on execution details, such as job schedules and payments.
- . Handling incoming calls.
- Able to handle customer inquiries.
- Good communication skills.
- Any other duties assigned
- . 5 days work 8.30 to 5.30 pm (Mon to Fri), Alternate Sat 8.30 to 12.30 pm
Requirements
. Preferably staying in the West or North. Preferably S'porean / PR. Some knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word). Start immediately or on short notice.
