Basic + Sales Commission

Role & Responsibilities :

Prospect new clients in the building supplies industry

Develop and execute targeted sales strategies

Conduct market research on industry trends and competitors

Lead client meetings and presentations

Negotiate sales agreements and contracts

Provide excellent customer service for long-term relationships

Collaborate with marketing for lead generation

Report sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management

Requirements :

Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales within the building supplies industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships

Strong negotiation and closing skills for complex sales :

Ability to work independently and in a team to meet targets

Hospitality or cabin crew experience is a plus

Proficiency in Mandarin for Chinese-speaking customers

Well-groomed and presentable

Must have a strong drive for sales

Immediate starter or short notice preferred
