Job Scope & Responsibilities :
Program Involvement :
- Coach cross multiple STA programs including but not limited to the Ladies Tennis Program, and adult initiatives such as Cardio Tennis, NTS, Advanced Plus, SPEX, etc.
- Adapt coaching methods based on the specific program and participant skill levels.
Coaching Delivery :
Provide 30 hours of on-court coaching per week, ensuring a high-quality training experience.Develop and execute session plans focusing on technical skills, tactical strategies, physical conditioning, and mental preparedness.Offer personalized feedback and performance analysis to help players reach their potential.Professionalism & Conduct :
Arrive on time for all lessons and adhere strictly to the scheduled sessions.Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and maintain a courteous and respectful attitude toward colleagues, players, and all STA stakeholders.Uphold STA’s code of conduct in every aspect of coaching and communication.Administrative & Collaborative Duties :
Assist with scheduling, record-keeping, and session planning in coordination with STA management and fellow coaches.Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of training programs through regular feedback and collaboration.Participate in internal meetings and professional development workshops as required.Flexibility & Additional Responsibilities :
Embrace additional duties as assigned by the General Manager to support the overall objectives of STA.Be open to adapting coaching techniques and participating in new program initiatives as the association evolves.Tell employers what skills you have
