We are a well-established Singapore-based company in the essential Hygiene industry, with a strong operational footprint across Singapore. Committed to excellence and integrity, we are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Accountant to be a key player in our finance team based in Ang Mo Kio.

This role is central to ensuring the financial health and compliance across our regional branches, offering a fantastic opportunity for a skilled accountant to make a significant impact within a stable and rewarding sector.

Position Overview

The Accountant plays a pivotal role in ensuring financial integrity across our regional branches. This includes managing internal audit controls, preparing financial reports, supporting operational teams, and ensuring compliance with statutory and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Control & Reporting :

• Perform monthly reconciliations and balance sheet reviews.
• Finalise month-end actual results and flash reports.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices and credit notes.
• Manage petty cash reloading and reconciliations.
• Review and process payroll journals and confirmations.
• Prepare GST reconciliations and statutory returns.
• Assist in preparing audit packs and year-end financials.

Operational Support :

Monthly Planning :

You will manage the monthly financial cycle, including flash reporting, base balancing, internal revenue reviews, cashbook and creditor checks, GST submissions, payroll reviews, journal entries, and reconciliations.
