Roles & Responsibilities
Monthly Salary : Up to S$4,500 / month
Working Location : OUE Downtown
Working Hours : 5-day work week (Mon to Fri : 9am to 6pm)
Responsibilities :
- Managing a portfolio of external clients on their accounting, payroll, tax and compliance needs.
- Handle a full set of accounts - carry out the responsibilities of accounting duties such as data compilation, bookkeeping, quarterly GST submission, corporate tax computation, including tax filing Form C / C-S, prepare monthly management accounts, and yearly financial report.
- In charge of the client’s payroll administration matters - ensuring compliance with Singapore payroll regulatory changes, processing filing, and payment of statutory payroll and social security contributions (CPF) to the relevant government authority.
- Liaising with external auditors on behalf of the client for the statutory annual audit.
Requirements :
A diploma in accounting with a minimum of 1-2 years of working experience.Experience with MS Excel, XERO / MYOB accounting software and Payday as a plus.Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise projects to meet tight deadlines.Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures and familiarity with finance regulations.Ability to complete tasks while maintaining all confidentiality requirements.Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, with an ability to become familiar with client-specific programs and software.Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.Good verbal and written communication skills.Immediately available is preferred.Nextbeat Singapore Pte.Ltd.
