Job Description & Requirements

Triage, Patient registration, dispensing of medication, and collecting payments

Explain medical and health screen packages to patients

Arrange / Booking appointments for patients for follow-up treatment and vaccination

Answering phone, messaging and email enquiries

Assist doctors with chaperoning and conduct minor procedures, swab procedures and vital signs measurement

Performing administrative duties assigned by a superior

Perform billing, including HSG, CHAS and Medisave payment transactions

Daily e-submission of Insurance Managed Care claims

Top up medications, assist in inventory, and stock-taking as required

Infection Control, housekeeping and responsible for the cleanliness of the entire clinic facilities

Requirements :

Minimum GCE O' level, NITEC, Higher NITEC in any discipline. Diploma holders are welcome.

Sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.

Preferably, stay in the northeast area.

Must be able to commit to full-time hours up to 44hr per workweek

Must be able to commit to 3 nights and 1 weekend shift.

Good learning and service attitude are compulsory. Passionate about customer service.

Basic IT proficiency required (Clinic Assist, Managed Care portals)

Good command of spoken English.

The ability to speak more languages / dialects will be an added advantage
