Position Overview
The Food and Beverage Host is responsible for managing the restaurant reservations efficiently. The role strives to provide our guests with the highest customer service while building a strong repertoire of guests for the restaurant.
The Role
Food and Beverage Operations
- Managing reservations through phone and email, ensuring restaurants are confirmed
- Responding to guest enquiries and requests
- Communicating guest information to the team (special requests, occasions) to personalize guests' experience
- Request guests for their dining feedback and communicate feedback to the manager
- Ensure each guest is warmly welcomed
- Welcome guests by name and escort them to the designated seats
- Ensure each guest gets a fond farewell before they leave
- Assist in building and maintaining a strong guest profile database
- Support food & beverage service when required
