Interior Design contractor firm (Landed Houses)
5.5 days week
NO Commission based.
Job Requirement
- Oversee all aspects of the architectural coordination and installation process on construction sites.
- Coordinate with architectural subcontractors to ensure proper scheduling, communication, and execution of design plans.
- Develop and review architectural drawings, detailing, and technical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all architectural-related issues on the construction site, working to resolve any disputes or challenges that may arise.
- Collaborate with project managers, project engineers, and management to ensure coordination and alignment of architectural plans with overall project goals.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with architectural specifications.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and records related to architectural coordination activities.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to effectively coordinate with client, subcontractors, project team, and other parties involved in the project.
Job Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Architectural or Interior DesignAt least 3 years of experience in the building construction field, with a strong preference for at least 2 years of experience especially focused on high-end residential projectsAble to read and understand construction technical drawings, detailing & documentationProficiency in reading drawingsFamiliarity with coordination across disciplines (Structural, M&E, and ID)Tell employers what skills you have
