Job Summary :
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for supporting our business in expanding relationships with BFSI accounts in Singapore. You will manage / support the sales engagement process, identify new business opportunities, liaise between GienTech and BFSI clients. The ideal candidate must be willing to learn IT sales within the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities :
- Promote GienTech’s suite of solutions / products including core banking systems, payment, digital platforms, data governance, cloud migration, and compliance solutions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of client needs, business challenges, and regulatory environment to provide tailored solutions.
- Work closely with GienTech’s product and delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation and post-sales support.
- Track account performance, report on pipeline development, and provide accurate sales forecasts to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with Technology Delivery teams to facilitate the closing of sales and renewal business orders, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to execution.
- Prepare and analyse sales and revenue reports for assigned account portfolios, providing insights to optimize performance and decision-making.
- Support sales operations by drafting and submitting contracts (both soft and hard copies), updating CRM systems, and ensuring the timely submission of invoices, purchase orders, and cash collections.
Requirements :
Degree in business, IT, computer science, or equivalent work experience.At least 1 year of experience in enterprise IT sales (experience in BFSI sector preferred) or demonstrated fast learning potential.Ability to engage enterprise accounts in the BFSI sector.Understanding of BFSI technology trends, regulatory frameworks, and digital transformation initiatives.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English; Chinese fluency is preferred to communicate with Greater China clients.Tell employers what skills you have
