Kitchen Assistant (Restaurant)

Job Description
We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to support daily kitchen operations. You will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and help ensure smooth workflow in the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation (e.g. washing, cutting, portioning ingredients).
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen areas, including utensils, equipment, and workstations.
- Wash dishes, cookware, and kitchen tools , ensuring they are stored properly.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients.
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing food supplies and ingredients.
- Dispose of kitchen waste and manage cleaning schedules responsibly.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Cook or Chef.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Kitchen Assistant or Kitchen Helper in an F&B setting.Hardworking, reliable, and punctual.Able to follow instructions and work well in a team environment .Physically fit to handle kitchen duties and long hours on your feet.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and shift hours .Salary & Benefits
