Construction Site Manager

Job Descriptions : Plan, supervise, and

coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth project

execution.

Liaise with clients, consultants,

subcontractors, and suppliers.

Ensure that

construction work is carried out according to approved drawings,

specifications, and safety regulations.

Monitor

project schedule, manpower, materials, and

progress.

Resolve technical problems and site

issues.

Supervise workers to ensure they perform

their tasks properly and safely

Prepare site

reports, progress updates, and other necessary

documentation.

Enforce site safety rules and

ensure compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH)

regulations.

Prepare bar-bending schedules if

required.

Capable of handling more than 1

project at a time.

Job

Requirements :

Minimum 5 years of relevant

experience.

Good knowledge of construction

methods, regulations, and safety

requirements.

Strong leadership, communication,

and coordination skills.

Able to work

independently and under pressure.

Familiar with

local building codes and project management

tools.

Familiar with reinforced concrete

trade.

Competent in preparing bar-bending

schedules for reinforced concrete works
