Mon-Fri (9am to 6pm), Sat (Work from Home 9am to 1pm)
Salary Range : S$2500-S$3200

Position Overview :
The E-Commerce Assistant is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate and engaging product presentation, and assisting with customer interactions. This role involves creating product images and banners, writing product descriptions, maintaining listings and SKUs, and responding to customer inquiries. The position offers hands-on experience in digital merchandising, customer service, and e-commerce operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create and maintain product listings, including carousel images, long-format banners, and product descriptions.
- Ensure accurate SKU management and inventory information across e-commerce platforms.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Monitor customer preferences and feedback to support product content optimization.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including recording product information and maintaining organized operational data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Track and report basic performance metrics to improve e-commerce operations.
Preferred Skills :
Background in Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Media, or related fields is a plus.Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, etc.) is helpful.Basic skills in design tools (Canva, Photoshop) for creating product visuals are a bonus.Basic skills in video editing CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar toolsComfortable with written communication for product descriptions and customer messages.Organized and attentive to detail; able to manage multiple tasks.Proactive, willing to learn, and able to adapt in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.Experience with customer service platforms such as BIGSELLER or DUOKE is a plus.Able to assist with basic administrative and procurement tasks, including invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders .Assist with live-stream backend operations, including setup, monitoring, and coordination.Why Join Us?
