Roles & Responsibilities
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : -
- To be responsible for execution, planning, coordination, monitoring and commissioning projects assigned by the Project Manager or Team Leader.
- To supervise and take responsibility of Installation Team.
- To co-ordinate and liaison between departments, the daily company activities relating to project implementation, design, planning, material procurement, delivery, installation, testing & commissioning and after sales service.
- To take measurements, check and verify all claims made by contractors undertaking the company’s work.
- To prepare monthly progress claims, maintain up to date records of the claims and follow up on the payment certificate for the particular project assigned by the Project Manager.
- To maintain up-to-date records and plans of all changes make on site and updating as built drawings for future submission of Operation & Maintenance Manual during project handing over.
- To maintain up to date records of materials used on site and ensure site inventory is sufficient for continuity of works.
- To liaise and discuss with consultants, main contractor and sub-contractors concerning project’s technical and coordination issues.
- To attend site meetings relating to the project assigned and prepare progress reports as and when required by the management or the client.
- To issue and maintain up to date correspondence relating to the project assigned by the Project Manager.
- To ensure safety and health pratice, including hygiene and cleanliness matters, are being carried out and implemented at all time at the project site.
- And duties deemed ncessary by the Management.
Requirements : -
Recognized Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Specialist Diploma In Construction Productivity / Electrical Engineering.Min 2 years working experience in construction industry with min 1 year in SingaporeAble to multi-task, Independent, self-discipline, willing to learnAble to interact with people of all levels and teamworkKnowledge in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Adobe AcrobatTell employers what skills you have
