We are looking for a passionate and energetic individal to make up our young and ethusiastic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the foodservice segment. You will play a key role in understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, prospect, and develop new B2B customers through networking, cold calling, and targeted outreach.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client business challenges and propose appropriate solutions.
- Deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close profitable deals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer support) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM with accurate client and sales information.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.2–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales or account management.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to understand complex business needs and deliver consultative solutions.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.Proficiency in CRM systems (Fresho / Xero / Unleashed) and MS Office Suite.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.Preferred Skills :
Experience in previous foodservice sales role will be preferred.Strong business acumen and ability to engage with Chefs, Purchasers, Purchasers & Owner Operators.Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities.Strong portfolio profitability management.Compensation & Benefits :
