Key Responsibilities :
1. Market Research & Growth Strategy
Analyze macro trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.Identify and prioritize emerging growth opportunities through segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies.Translate insights into actionable business recommendations.2. Project Leadership & Commercialization
Lead strategic initiatives including market expansion, new product launches, or innovative business models.Drive projects through the stage-gate process, ensuring alignment, execution, and commercial readiness.3. Strategic Marketing Capability Building
Train and mentor teams on strategic marketing frameworks such as : Market sizing and segmentation, Financial modeling (e.g., NPV, IRR, break-even), Value chain and VOC analysis, Value proposition and pricing strategy, 4P marketing strategyDevelop tools and templates to scale best practices across the organization.Qualifications :
MBA or equivalent degree / qualification.3+ years’ experience in strategic marketing or strategy position with prior customer facing position will be a plus.Experience in B2B material science company is an advantage.Travel internationally for work will be expected.Candidates are encouraged to apply this position via Apply Now button with the following information in the resume
