Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Customer Service, attending calls and promptly response E-mails correspondence.
• Booking , Execution of awb and declaring Tradnet permits.
• Responsible for all import & export shipments.
• Run AOG DESK for Top customers
• Able to handle Logistics & 3rd party Inventory shipments
• Ensure the shipment are done in accordance to requirements and expected schedule.
• Updating shipment status on In-house Online Tracking system.
