Roles & Responsibilities
BANK REMITTANCE OFFICER
The incumbent will be assigned to Clearing Settlement Team to handle the payment clearing for the commercial bank business of the bank.
The main responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Responsible for all sending / receiving / transferring of remittance and swift messages.
- To process customer's remittance application form submitted by Retail Banking, Remittance Team and other relevant departments.
- To process enquiry cases and also responsible to oversee cases that has been transferred to other departments and / or branch and make sure that they are attended promptly.
- Responsible for daily download / upload / archive of files and reports.
- Responsible for assisting yearly routine testing of MEPS+ and G3 platform.
- Responsible for registering and filing local GIRO agreement.
- Responsible to maintain of Reciprocal Mutual Agreement (RMA) and PayNow agreement as instructed.
- Responsible for end day monitoring of balance of internal accounts.
- Coordinate with other business department on regular basis to optimize the internal system and procedure and perform the testing.
Requirements
