Roles & Responsibilities
Position Details :
Responsible for the development and production of bread, cakes, and desserts, ensuring the taste, quality, and appearance of products meet company standards.
Lead the team to meet daily production plans and allocate work appropriately.
Oversee the use of raw materials and inventory management, strictly adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
Continuously develop new products, keep pace with market trends, and enhance brand competitiveness.
Job Requirements :
At least 3-5 years of baking experience, with team management or head chef experience preferred;
Proficient in bread, cake, and related baking techniques, and familiar with the characteristics of raw materials;
Innovative spirit, capable of developing and launching new products;
Excellent leadership skills, able to effectively lead a team to achieve goals;
Detail-oriented, with strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards;
Ability to work early morning shifts, rotating shifts, and weekends.
