We are expanding our retail leadership team in Singapore and seeking talent from established premium or designer brands — individuals who understand elevated service, guest experience, and brand storytelling within a high-touch retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the store team to achieve sales targets while delivering elevated guest experience and premium service standards.
• Act as a hands-on floor leader, coaching in real-time, resolving guest needs, and driving CRM-based client engagement.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture with clear growth pathways and accountability.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, inventory accuracy, merchandising execution, and visual excellence.
• Uphold brand values through community engagement, local activations, and authentic lifestyle storytelling aligned with brand ethos.
• Ensure operational discipline across stock management, safety, payroll planning, and reporting while maintaining a polished store environment.
