The brand has a fast-growing presence across major international cities and is recognized for its commitment to quality, innovation, and community.
We are expanding our retail leadership team in Singapore and seeking talent from established premium or designer brands — individuals who understand elevated service, guest experience, and brand storytelling within a high-touch retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store team to achieve sales targets while delivering elevated guest experience and premium service standards.
- Act as a hands-on floor leader, coaching in real-time, resolving guest needs, and driving CRM-based client engagement.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture with clear growth pathways and accountability.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, inventory accuracy, merchandising execution, and visual excellence.
- Uphold brand values through community engagement, local activations, and authentic lifestyle storytelling aligned with brand ethos.
- Ensure operational discipline across stock management, safety, payroll planning, and reporting while maintaining a polished store environment.
Requirements
Diploma or above with 3–5 years retail leadership experience, preferably premium / luxury environment.Strong people leadership skills with proven ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing teams.Solid retail operations knowledge : CRM, inventory management, budgeting, and store SOPs.Excellent communication skills and customer-first mindset; passion for outdoor lifestyle and technical apparel.Willing to undergo 6-week overseas onboarding / training and able to work retail hours including weekends / public holidays.Ability to communicate in Mandarin is required as the role involves training and operational interaction with Mandarin-speaking teams in China.Regrettably, only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
