Roles & Responsibilities
Work location : Changi Airport Terminal 3
Type of employment : full-time, roster based on Vietnam Airlines’ flight schedule. Immediate work commencement
SGD 2,500 - SGD 3,000
Your primary duties include :
- Coordinating and supervising the passenger's check-in process provided by our Ground Handling Agent;
- Service desk activities such as standby, offload, upgrade, and the handling of flight disruption under the Station Manager's direction;
- Pre-flight, and post-flight checks, and reports on the airline's CRS / DCS and other internal systems
- Acting and / or forwarding passengers' claims / complaints to the Sales & Service team
- Invoice checking, including those for lounge each month
- Other tasks assigned by Station Manager.
Our successful candidate must have full work right in Singapore and meet the below minimum requirements :
The requirement for an Airport Security Identification Card issued by Changi Airport;Proven interpersonal and strong customer service skills, professional appearance, cooperative attitude, flexibility in terms of scheduling with work experience in airline’s passenger and flight service an advantageWorking knowledge of the airline's DCS, GDS & CRS with Amadeus is an advantage( Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted for an interview )
