Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Facilitate communication between patients, their families, and healthcare providers regarding appointments with doctors and diagnostic services.
• Assist patients with registration processes, billing inquiries, and insurance claims.
• Verify and input patient information accurately into the clinic's system.
• Provide guidance on private health insurance coverage and Medisave requirements to ensure a smooth claims process.
