Roles & Responsibilities

Salary : up to $4000

Working Days & Hours : Mon-Fri office hours

Location : Novena

Job Description :

• Oversees the smooth functioning and operations of the clinics
• Oversees clinic appointments, overall staff deployment and resource allocation
• Ensures guidelines and procedures related to clinic services are adhered to by all relevant personnel at all times
• Handles PR cases at first line and assists staff in dealing with difficult situations
• Maintains discipline in compliance with policies
• Ensures timely submission of monthly reports and accuracy of clinical indicators tabulations

Job Requirements : Min Degree in any course w min 3 yrs of relevant experience in clinical operations in private clinics or public healthcare institution
