RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Accountabilities
1. Revenue Generation & Monetization Strategy (40% of role)
Scope : Design and implement comprehensive monetization frameworks for creator content
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop revenue targets and strategies for individual creators and content series
- Create tiered monetization packages (exclusive vs. non-exclusive content)
- Implement and optimize multiple revenue streams : sponsorships, brand partnerships, licensing, merchandise, subscription models
- Conduct regular revenue performance analysis and optimization recommendations
- Establish pricing benchmarks and negotiation frameworks for different content types
Deliverables :
Quarterly revenue forecasts and performance reportsCreator-specific monetization roadmapsPartnership rate cards and pricing guidelinesROI analysis for all monetization initiatives2. Partnership Development & Management (30% of role)
Scope : Build and maintain strategic partnerships that enhance creator monetization opportunities
Key Responsibilities :
Identify, prospect, and onboard new brand partners and sponsorsNegotiate partnership terms, contracts, and campaign specificationsManage ongoing partner relationships and ensure campaign deliveryDevelop partnership packages that align with creator content and audience demographicsMaintain partnership pipeline and CRM systemsDeliverables :
Monthly new partnership acquisition targets (minimum 3 to 5 new partnerships per month)Partnership performance dashboards and campaign post-mortemsAnnual partnership strategy documentPartner satisfaction and retention metrics3. Content Series Planning & Coordination (20% of role)
Scope : Oversee monetization aspects of content production across Creator in Residence and Exclusive Creator programs
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with creators to develop commercially viable content conceptsCoordinate production timelines to align with partnership and monetization opportunitiesEnsure content meets both creative vision and commercial requirementsSupport Creator Development Asst Lead in exclusive creator content planningManage budget allocation for monetization-focused content initiativesDeliverables :
Quarterly content calendars with monetization integrationProduction budget recommendations and trackingContent performance reports with revenue correlation analysisCreator feedback and satisfaction surveys4. Market Intelligence & Strategic Planning (10% of role)
Scope : Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions

Monitor creator economy trends, platform changes, and monetization innovationsAnalyze competitor strategies and market opportunitiesProvide strategic recommendations for program expansionContribute to overall business development strategyDeliverables :

Primary Options :
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or Media StudiesBachelor's degree in digital marketing, Entertainment Business, or related fieldAlternative Qualifications :
Relevant professional certifications (Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, etc.) combined with substantial experienceDiploma in Digital Marketing / Media with proven track record in creator economyMinimum Experience : 3+ years
Preferred Background :
2+ years in creator economy, influencer marketing, or digital content monetization2+ years in business development, partnerships, or account managementExperience managing content creators or talentTrack record of successful partnership negotiations and revenue generationSpecific Experience Areas :
