The role holder is responsible for analysis of MIS reports and manage Treasury function globally.
III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation and analysis of MIS reports (weekly, monthly, and annually) for different stake holders.
- Preparation of monthly reconciliation statement between MIS reports and statutory financial statement.
- Tracking, monitoring of bank covenants and raising timely alert in case of any risk.
- Submission of periodical reports to banks / financial institutions.
- Preparation and analysis of projected / actual cash flow.
- Carrying out financial modelling for campuses and consolidation.
- Should be able suggest and implement process improvement through automation.
Functional
Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.Direct outside advisors and consultants when required. Must be able to preparescope of work and negotiate rates with them
Building and maintaining productive relationships with finance team of our campuses in different geos.Managing cross-functional teams through the transaction process.Interaction
Able to quickly understand the business, its key drivers, and issues.Preparation of Strong competencies in financial modelling, valuation, duediligence, as well as a strong working knowledge of accounting.

Minimum Qualifications
At least 7 years of relevant work-experience as Business Analyst.Experience in K12 education institution will be an added advantage.Experience of working with and managing the expectations of a diverse range of stakeholders.Experience
